Inbound Marketing Specialist

Job responsibilities:

  • Own all inbound marketing efforts - from prospecting clients to lead conversions.
  • Develop & execute marketing campaigns to grow marketing qualified leads through digital channels - Facebook, SEM, LinkedIn, YouTube.
  • Measure, analyze & report campaign performance & deliver weekly performance briefs.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to get feedback on the quality of leads generated from different marketing campaigns.
  • Grow new leads by converting site traffic through call-to-actions, landing pages and lead generation content.
  • Manage & improve lead nurturing campaigns.
  • Track full funnel marketing metrics & provide recommendations.
  • Expand content distribution to new channels to increase top-of-the-funnel traffic.
  • Manage list segmentation & push more targeted, personalized & relevant content to leads.
  • Co-ordinate with product, content & design team to ensure proper messaging, timing & execution for marketing campaigns.


Job requirements:

  • Prior inbound marketing experience and relevant industry knowledge
  • Excellent communication & writing skills
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting & data analysis
  • Proficient with Google Analytics & digital advertising on Facebook & Search
  • Understanding of A/B testing, funnel analytics, personalization & traffic analysis
  • Proficient in email marketing & campaign automation
  • SaaS experience is preferred
  • Comfortable with start-up environment
