Brand Strategist

Job responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all MarCom activities - product collaterals, brochures, customer newsletters, direct mailers, product updates/releases.
  • Developing overall brand strategy & shaping up brand’s voice & tonality.
  • Streamlining all communication channels & supporting them with strong creatives & messaging.
  • Owning all content driven channels - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Email, YouTube, Blog.
  • Designing & executing marketing plans across all digital platforms - FB/IG advertising, GDN, YouTube, emails etc.
  • Working closely with the website team to deliver beautiful, converting landing pages, product pages, careers page, company page, privacy policy page, error 404 page, basically everything.
  • Building collaterals that convert - Case Studies, White-Papers, E-books
  • Working closely with the design & content team to produce content that not just grabs eye-balls but also ranks high on traffic & self-esteem
  • Producing visually stunning product explainer videos, client testimonials, youtube & facebook ads
  • Ensuring regular PR coverage in start-up, hospitality & lifestyle media
  • Owning end-to-end communications & design for industry events, exhibitions etc.
  • Planning & Delivering strong content that helps the organization build a strong ‘employer brand’


Job requirements:

  • Strong inclination towards design
  • 2-3 years of work-experience in brand/communications role
  • Outstanding verbal & written communications skill
  • Experience in developing compelling, effective & differentiated brand strategy
  • A good sense of humor
  • Good understanding of digital advertising & analytics tools
  • A great passion for branding, coming up with out-of-the-box ideas & being able to execute them
  • SaaS experience is preferred
  • Comfortable with start-up environment
