Job Profile:

We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.


  • Responsible for generating revenue for the organisation through the various levers- Renewals, Upsell, New Sale
  • Renewals: Ensuring robust and comprehensive delivery to all existing accounts, and assuming responsibility for retention
  • Upselling: Develop / identify new business channels with existing accounts and/or identify areas of improvement in order to upsell
  • New Sale: Collaborate with other business teams to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
  • Curate strategic marketing plans for the clients after brainstorming with subject matter experts
  • Ensure timely delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives by liasoning with multiple internal teams
  • Forecast and track key account metrics, and prepare reports
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to external stakeholders

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience
  • Agency exposure would be a plus
