Consultant - Marketing Analyst

Role Brief: 

A Marketing Consultant at LimeTray understands the importance of data driven decision-making &, provides off-site consulting in the form of 3-4 month projects to existing clients to solve a specific business problem that stimulate incremental sales, generate repeat purchases,acquire new customers and strengthen customer relations.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage consulting proposals and business development efforts and coordinates with all the stakeholders to create consensus driven deliverables
  • Lead a project independently and manage clients and stakeholders expectations on the consulting project
  • Work with client leadership / restaurant owners/ brand managers to prioritize activities/ alter plans as required and can influence clients to secure cooperation for action
  • Leads presentations for the entire project with the client/stakeholders. Advocates a point of view and orchestrates, addresses difficult questions / conflicts during presentations
  • Create a compelling message through a storyline in powerful presentations. Identify multiple storyline possibilities and choose the best approach
  • Define and execute a transformational marketing and product plan aligned with client’s business strategy. Can engage stakeholders in the planning phase and understand the implications a new strategy will have on day to day cross functional operations of the client’s business
  • Draw insights from complex and quantitative analysis and integrate these insights and findings across marketing and product domains and come up with overall plan to drive client’s business


Desired Skills and Experience:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in Business Analytics/Marketing Analytics
  • Expertise in Advanced Excel, Basis R/Python
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hunger to own the product & take it to the next level
  • F&B industry experience is a plus
  • Experience in startups or early stage high growth organizations is a plus
