Role Brief:

A consultant at LimeTray Marketing Analytics understands the importance of sound analytical decision - making, provide offsite consulting to existing clients for marketing programs and campaigns that stimulate incremental sales, generate repeat purchases, reduce costs, strengthen customer relations, and extend customer life span. He/She will perform quantitative ad-hoc analyses to create valuable insights from data that lower marketing costs and improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency.




  • Develop and interpret marketing strategies for targeted acquisition, retention, cross-sell, customer lifetime value or behavioral segmentation using statistical techniques
  • Draw insights from complex and quantitative analysis and integrate these insights and findings across marketing and product domains and come up with overall plan to drive client’s business
  • Define and execute a transformational marketing and product plan aligned with client’s business strategy. Can engage stakeholders in the planning phase and understand the implications a new strategy will have on day to day cross functional operations of the client’s business
  • Manage consulting proposals and business development efforts and coordinates with all the stakeholders to create consensus driven deliverables
  • Can lead a project independently and manage client’s and stakeholders expectations on the consulting project
  • Develops trust based relationships with clients and manages client expectations
  • Work with client leadership / restraint owners/ brand managers to reprioritize activities/ alter plans as required and can influence clients to secure cooperation for action
  • Create a compelling message through a storyline in powerful presentations. Identify multiple storyline possibilities and choose the best approach
  • Leads presentations for the entire project with the client/stakeholders. Advocates a point of view and orchestrates, addresses difficult questions / conflicts during presentations
