Role Brief:

The retention marketing team at LimeTray understands the importance of retention in F&B industry, provide customer relationship management to existing clients for marketing programs and campaigns that stimulate incremental sales, generate repeat purchases, reduce costs, strengthen customer relations, and extend customer life span. It performs quantitative ad-hoc analyses to create valuable insights from data that lower marketing costs and improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency. 

The Retention Marketing Lead manages a team of 5-7 resources for CRM execution for a portfolio of LimeTray existing clients ensuring the repeat business for the portfolio by getting campaigns, offers, promos executed by the team for the portfolio.



  • Drive the PnL for the marketing execution department for the existing clients portfolio
  • Mentor the team and help in skillful execution of marketing strategies depending on the client segmentation basis different drivers
  • Develop and interpret marketing strategies for targeted acquisition, retention, cross-sell, customer lifetime value or behavioral segmentation using statistical techniques
  • Draw insights from quantitative and sentiment analysis and integrate these insights and findings across marketing and product domains and come up with overall plan to drive client’s business as well as department’s PnL
  • Define and execute processes to solve for operational efficiency of the team to drive max. output within stipulated timelines



2-3 years of professional experience in Marketing/Business Analysis role with at least 1 year experience in people management (leading a team of at least 4 resources)
