Product Delivery Manager

Role Brief:

The Product Delivery team gets into picture once a product(s) is sold to the client by the sales force. The Product Delivery team is responsible for onboarding the merchant (getting in touch with the merchant for gathering their specific requirements about the product, communicating those requirements to internal teams and finally delivering on those requirements).

 

Core Responsibilities:

  • The KRA of a PD lead would be to ensure that the productivity of the team is always aligned and in compliance with company's SLAs.
  • Every client could have a unique problem statement in mind while they come onboard, a PD lead should be able to provide clarity and direction to the associates whenever they gut stuck.
  • Should have a key attention to detail with regards to both product level and merchant engagement improvements. Be the voice of the PD associates for Product Managers and take constructive feedback calls for enhancement of product features.
  • Quantify the performance of the team, and set weekly/monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Structure the format in which we Build and continuously improve merchant training processes, which subsequently impacts the product adoption directly.
  • Instil a strong merchant centric culture and keep the team motivated on the primary objective: Helping our merchants and improving their experience with us.
  • Efficiently monitor cross functional processes.

 

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • A person with 2+ years of experience in operations who can ensure smooth product delivery to merchants across the globe over internet!
  • Ability to work across different teams and align everyone towards a common goal.
  • Impeccable written and oral communication skills.
  • Outgoing, self-starter, hustler and personable.
  • Client centric: Someone with an empathetic approach, who wouldn’t hesitate in going out of their way to ensure high standards of client satisfaction.
  • Multi-tasker: Excellent time management and prioritization skills and can handle multiple tasks with ease
  • Knowledge of Advanced Excel and VBA is good to have.

 

Qualifications:

Someone with a Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of experience in project management
