We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Lead who will be responsible to oversee and support our Inside Sales Team. He/She will monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales management process and should be able to build a high-performance sales team to ensure growth.



  • Identify, generate, propose, nurture and close sales opportunities in the FnB SaaS space across the world.
  • Build & manage a solid Inside Sales Team that exceeds sales goals
  • Set and track sales targets for the team
  • Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
  • Coordinate with teams to meet deadlines
  • Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Research and discover methods to increase client engagement
  • Build an open-communication environment for your team
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales


Skills & Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven work experience as a Lead for Inside Sales Team
  • In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with great problem-solving attitude
  • Must have 3-6 years of industry experience into selling IT/SaaS products and concepts
  • Should have proven skills in working and building relationship with product partners and resellers
