We help restaurants get online, help them engage with their customers and help them streamline their operations through suite of products. 6 out of 10 restaurants shut down in less than a year of starting up & this is not because they serve bad food or are expensive but because they are just not run in best possible way and that is what we are trying to change - one restaurant at a time. We are currently a team of 180 people spread across 3 countries - our founding team consists of people from ISB, NSIT, IITs and NITs with very strong past entrepreneurial background and F&B experience. LimeTray counts very successful internet entrepreneurs as its angel investors along with Matrix Partners.

Job Responsibilities

  • Works with clients directly and executes guerrilla marketing ideas to drive the overall brand loyalty/engagement of their customer base
  • Implement PPC strategy across Google, Yahoo, Bing & Facebook : Structuring & optimization of campaigns(content creation, audience & structure optimization)
  • Work closely with the CRM & account planning team to execute client campaigns across all marketing channels
  • Manage budgets for clients and provide regular forecasting updates
  • Monitor the campaign Goal and ROI, Analyse and optimize the campaign performance using click through rate, conversion, spend, landing pages and creative to identify growth/optimization opportunities
  • Implement conversion-oriented marketing strategies unique to hyperlocal businesses
  • Monitor digital marketing techniques and strategies used by other startups & eCommerce brands; poach best-practices and creative tactics
  • Responsible for overall growth & success of the channel; by increasing existing spends and assisting in getting new potential clients on board

Skill Set

  • Ability to work with complex clients managing their budget and providing ROI on spend mediums
  • Solid understanding of paid search platforms interface, algorithm, campaign management, campaign optimization and strategies and past experience with SEM /PPC, Native Advertising, Social / Facebook and Programmatic Display Advertising
  • Excellent computer skills in MS Office (Word/Excel/Power Point)
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentations skills
  • Strong data analysis skill, able to decipher complex data and numbers to draw inferences, trends and insights
