Graphic Designer (Branding)

The role is a hybrid role requiring, core designing skills,  multi-tasking, and project management. 

This role is critical to the success of the Digital team as this team member is not just
responsible for establishing the look and feel for a brand on various media (which includes packaging, print collateral, digital and templates among others) for a range of clients (both enterprise and SMB) in the F&B space but also ensuring on--time, on--budget delivery of error-free brand-assets deliverables for the same.

The ideal incumbent will be expected to work within brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce a brand’s style or voice through its visual touchpoints.

Specifically, the Graphic Designer has the following responsibilities:

  • Cracking brand briefs  & Creating Moodboards. And be the sole player to drive things from concept to completion on the design end.
  • To be an active team member of the branding wing working in close coordination and collaboration with the rest of the team members
  • Be a part of daily Huddles, weekly review meetings, and monthly catch-ups to track the progress of projects
  • Attending key meetings as and when needed as long as they are pre-planned to be the face of LimeTray's branding team
  • Establish the look and feel for a brand on various media, including packaging, print collateral, digital and templates among others.
  • Work within/create(as required) brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce a brand’s style or voice through its visual touchpoints
  • Design branding related marketing material, like ads, presentation material, and proposals
  • Resize assets for different media as required
  • Source images (stock photos and video footage)
  • Juggle multiple projects while effectively managing timelines and expectations

Experience Range: 2-4 years
