Our story starts with realization that restaurants making good food, 6 out of 10 times, drop the shutters in front of our very eyes. So, we at LimeTray, decided to help restaurants, by building products that would help them to run better. We help restaurants get online, help them engage with their customers and help them optimize their operations through a suite of products. In only three years, we have built successful relationships with some of the top brands in India including Burger King, Krispy Kreme, Mad Over Donuts, Bercos and nearly 2000 others!

Major Responsibilities:

Content Strategy, Direction & Positioning

  • The ability to establish a content strategy that is in sync with the brands' philosophy and objectives across multiple platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and devise strategic content while upholding creativity standards of the company
  • Keep up with digital trends and competitor offerings and use the same as a part of your strategy
  • Represent ideas in a creative and efficient manner, in sync with creative campaigns being belted out on various platforms
  • Improve current offerings that lead to better value for clients and higher financial value for Limetray
  • Driving innovation and creativity for the brands on board
Account Execution
  • Campaign content creation on various digital platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram
  • Conducting adequate research & gathering relevant material for the campaigns and interactive content development
  • Ability to analyze and monitor the effectiveness of various aspects of the campaign such as community, traffic, conversations and engagements, leads and conversions
  • Maintenance of the brand's digital platforms
  • Creating innovative buzz around the brand on social media, its product promotions, launches and events
  • Ability to interact with the client and gauge the requirements, both, implicit and explicit. 
Successful candidate should demonstrate:
  • Excellent communication skills, both, written and verbal.
  • Ability to comprehend brand requirements and develop them in a creative and efficient manner.
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible work environment and undertake self review of work.
  • Ability to effectively synchronize the creative thought process, its representation, and its execution. 
  • Ability to grasp the creative requirement of different clients and put in requisite efforts accordingly. 
  • Self motivation and the ability to identify a problem and follow it through to resolution. 
  • Awareness about the latest marketing campaigns and social media postings by other brands. 
  • A creative bent of mind, and the ability to think out of the box.
  • Willingness to take proactive action and regularly reinvent creative designs and strategy for brands.
